4. Conformité au Décret Royal 933/2021

Conformément au Décret Royal 933/2021 du 26 octobre, l’hébergement est légalement tenu d’enregistrer certaines données personnelles de tous les clients et de les transmettre à la plateforme nationale SES.HOSPEDAJE du Ministère de l’Intérieur d’Espagne.

Cette mesure a pour but de garantir la sécurité publique et s’applique à toutes les personnes (physiques ou morales) contractant des services d’hébergement en Espagne.

Ainsi, tous les clients sont tenus de fournir des données personnelles valides lors de la réservation ou de l’enregistrement (nom complet, pièce d’identité, pays de délivrance, date d’arrivée, entre autres), lesquelles seront utilisées exclusivement à cette fin légale.
